Shari Pash is a Membership Growth Strategist and Board Planning Facilitator who partners with Chambers to elevate both board and staff effectiveness. As founder of Strategic Solutions for Growth, based in Grand Rapids, MI, Shari is recognized for her hands-on approach to membership growth and guiding boards of directors through goal setting and strategic planning.
Her work centers on sustainable member growth, board culture and alignment, and strategy sessions that create measurable outcomes and long-term impact. Shari collaborates with Chamber teams and boards to design practical, working plans that strengthen organizational capacity, build volunteer and member pipelines, and achieve clear, results-driven priorities. In addition, she coaches teams in recruitment, retention, sponsorship development, and volunteer engagement, helping Chambers increase their membership impact year after year.
As a conference presenter, Shari shares her expertise with state and national associations, including the Chamber of Commerce Executives of Canada (CCEC), Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE), National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), Institute for Organization Management (IOM), , and Canadian Home Builders’ Association (CHBA). She is also a frequent speaker at state and provincial conferences across the U.S. and Canada.
Shari’s 30+ year career includes extensive success in revenue generation, new market identification, and business development. Her leadership at Michigan State University’s Kellogg Center earned numerous awards of excellence, followed by her tenure as Vice President of Sales for the Greater Lansing Convention and Visitors Bureau and Convention Center.
In 2010, she launched Strategic Solutions for Growth, continuing her mission as a coach, trainer, and board strategist—helping organizations build stronger boards, sustainable membership growth, and measurable community impact.
