About our Speaker....

Dr. Danny Moosbrugger, Founder, Consultant, and Executive Coach with Higher Point Solutions. Dr. Moosbrugger brings a unique blend of experience in public safety, higher education, ministry, and organizational leadership. A longtime Central Florida resident, he has served as a law enforcement officer, pastor, university and seminary professor and administrator, and now works with leaders and organizations to increase productivity and reach full potential.

Through Higher Point Solutions, he helps teams strengthen communication, resolve conflict, align around mission and vision, and build healthier, higher-performing workplaces using practical leadership tools and assessments. Including DISC and Working Genius. He brings a practical, people-centered approach to leadership development and organizational health.

Dr. Moosbrugger holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University and a Master of Divinity with a minor in counseling from Southeastern Seminary, and he currently teaches leadership at Grand Canyon University and Liberty University. Danny is an active member of the Winter Haven and Northeast Polk Chamber of Commerce.
