In her recent article, Chamber Leaders At Risk, ACCE’s President & CEO Sheree Anne Kelly identified a crisis level challenge impacting chamber leaders.

She revealed increasing reports of dysfunctional board relationships that are frequently resulting in termination of the chamber professional.

This session will be led by ACCE’s President & CEO, Sheree Anne Kelly and Hardy Smith, IOM, author of Stop The Nonprofit Board Blame Game.

In a facilitated, workshop format, the present career challenges chamber leaders are facing will be discussed and individual career future-proofing action plans will be created.
