The two-day conference, "Beyond the Horizon: From Insight to Impact", will focus on elements within three spheres that were identified in ACCE's Horizon 2035 Report.

Timely Bonus Session ....

If you lead a chamber, you won't want to miss the powerful Bonus Session, "Chamber Leaders at Risk: Avoiding Landmines that End Careers".

In her recent article Chamber Leaders At Risk, Sheree Anne Kelly identified a crisis-level challenge impacting chamber professionals—rising reports of dysfunctional board relationships leading to unexpected terminations.

This interactive, facilitated workshop will be led by Sheree Anne Kelly alongside Hardy Smith, author of Stop The Nonprofit Board Blame Game.

Together, they will guide attendees through today’s most pressing career risks and help you build a personalized plan to protect and strengthen your leadership path.

In this session, you will:
• Recognize key trends impacting chamber professionals
• Identify career red flags before they escalate
• Learn how to avoid common leadership blind spots
• Develop actionable, future-proofing strategies

Lunch is included and each attendee will receive a worksheet as well as a copy of Stop The Nonprofit Board Blame Game.
