The 2025 Annual Conference will be held on November 4-6 at the Boca Raton Marriott at Boca Center. This year's event will again include four tracks: CEO/VP Track, Membership Track, Events Track and the Communications/Marketing Track! Attendees will have the option of choosing one track or switching between them, as they wish.
The 3-day event will kick off at Noon on November 4 with our Opening Keynote Speaker and Lunch and the first day will conclude with an Opening Night Reception. November 5 will include a full day of more sessions, including the Awards Luncheon. Day 3 of the conference will include more sessions and will conclude just prior to lunch.

Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellation requests received prior to 6 weeks from the event start date will be processed and will be subject to a $50 processing fee. Cancellation requests received between 4 to 6 weeks prior to the event start date will be refunded at 50% of the amount paid and will be subject to a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be awarded within 4 weeks of the event start date.
