Florida HB 797/SB 554 rewrote almost every major subchapter of Chapter 617, Florida's Nonprofit Corporation Act. This webinar will be a guide of what changed and why as well as how the changes may impact your organization and what changes you may need to make to your bylaws and governance.

About our Speaker...
