The 2024 Annual Conference will be held on September 24-26 at the Boca Raton Marriott at Boca Center. There are lots of exciting things about this year's Annual Conference, including the addition of four tracks: CEO/VP Track, Membership Track, Events Track and the Communications/Marketing Track! Attendees will have the option of choosing one track or switching between them, as they wish.
The 3-day event, presented by FPL, will kick off at Noon on September 24 with our Opening Keynote Speaker and Lunch sponsored by The Palm Beaches and the first day will conclude with an Opening Night Reception, sponsored by the Marriott Boca Raton at Boca Center. September 25 will include a full day of more sessions, including the Awards Luncheon, sponsored by Chesapeake Utilities Corporation and a Break Sponsored by the 2023-2024 FACP Board of Directors! Day 3 of the conference will include more sessions and will conclude just prior to lunch.
The rate for the full conference is $425 -- register now to save your seat! Discounts are available for chambers sending three or more attendees. The rate for the third and subsequent attendee is $405.

Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellation requests received prior to 6 weeks from the event start date will be processed and will be subject to a $50 processing fee. Cancellation requests received between 4 to 6 weeks prior to the event start date will be refunded at 50% of the amount paid and will be subject to a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be awarded within 4 weeks of the event start date.
