The 2026 Annual Conference, sponsored by FPL, will be held on November 4-6 at the beautiful Art Ovation Hotel, Autograph Collection, in downtown Sarasota. Attendees will again enjoy general sessions and track-specific sessions in the four tracks -- Membership, Marketing & Communications, CEO & VP, and Events, Affinity & Programs.
There are sessions for everyone and attendees are able to switch between tracks as they wish*.

Attendees will enjoy a Reception, hosted by Visit Sarasota, as well as Breaks, sponsored by Thatch and Oscar. The "And the Winners Are..." Luncheon, sponsored by Comcast, will be held on Thursday. GrowthZone will again host the exciting Silent and Live Auction, Tim will be behind the controls at the Dobil Laboratories AV table, and Digital Table Displays will make their debut in Florida!

First-Time Attendee Scholarship Opportunities
Are you a first-time attendee and need financial assistance? If so, you can apply for a scholarship to cover your registration fee by completing the 2026 Annual Conference Scholarship Request Form
Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellation requests received prior to 6 weeks from the event start date will be processed and will be subject to a $50 processing fee. Cancellation requests received between 4 to 6 weeks prior to the event start date will be refunded at 50% of the amount paid and will be subject to a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be awarded within 4 weeks of the event start date.
